SocialSculp provides assistance to YouTubers and influencers in sculpting their social media platforms to turn them into income sources by growing their viewership and revenue by producing short-form content, optimizing existing content, and providing content strategy services.

Clients agree to pay for services rendered by SocialSculp according to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Payments are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement or invoice, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials provided by SocialSculp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of SocialSculp or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content without our prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, client lists, and marketing strategies.
7. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall SocialSculp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services provided in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
8. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialSculp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms shall cease, except for those that by their nature should survive termination.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Louisiana.
